Dubai Design District – Commercial Fit out for DLR Group

This commercial space has been fitted out by Algebra Contracting LLC for DLR group, architects of the expansion of the famous Mall of the Emirates. The office features a meeting room, manager room, open work space area, pantry and reception. The lighting for this office has been carefully designed by DLR group itself with a fantastic end result. In spite of the lack of sunshine entering the premises, it is as bright as day in a comfortable way.

• approval works for all authorities (DCD, Tecom, etc…)
• raised flooring
• fire fighting works (sprinkler, smoke detectors etc…)
• server and storage rooms
• custom built pantry
• gypsum and glass partitions
• custom built reception desk
• carpet flooring
• light fixtures

This is one of our first fit out projects in Dubai Design District with more to follow as it is an upcoming area with lots of more office space available.
