Jumeirah Lake Towers – X3 – Office Floor Fit Out

This office floor was one of Algebra’s first commercial fit out jobs in 2011.

The floor is on one of the top levels of X3 Tower in Jumeirah Lake Towers, JLT, Dubai. We have done multiple other offices in JLT, which makes us specialists in dealing with the approval works of Concordia and the rules and regulations for fit out contractor works in the area.

This office floor has been fitted with quite a basic fit out, which includes suspended tiled ceilings, louver lights, tiled raised flooring with allocated floor boxes and we have fitted each of the offices with a private bathroom.
