Algebra Contracting completed a full renovation of this Marina Heights Tower apartment, focusing on improving the layout, upgrading all finishes, and introducing custom joinery and modern lighting throughout the home. The project included complete refurbishment of the kitchen, all bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces, along with new ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical upgrades, and essential MEP improvements. The intention was to deliver a clean, bright, and functional interior with consistent finishing across the entire apartment.

Kitchen Renovation

The kitchen was redesigned for an open and more accessible layout. Works included removing the existing kitchen wall, door, and window section to create a bar-style opening toward the living area. The old cabinets, tiles, and appliances were fully demolished and removed.

New custom-made kitchen cabinetry was installed with white melamine interiors and PU-painted RAL 9010 matt exterior doors. Updated electrical and plumbing routing supports the new layout, along with upgraded switches, relocated thermostats, and provisions for new appliances. A polished Calcutta-style Technistone countertop and full-height backsplash bring a modern, clean finish to the space.
The kitchen also features new Technolight spotlights, strip lights under the cabinets, a new gypsum ceiling, and a complete Siemens appliance set, delivering a fully refreshed and efficient cooking area.

Master Bathroom Upgrade

The master bathroom was completely demolished and rebuilt with a fresh layout. Works included:

• New waterproofing and floor preparation
• New gypsum ceiling and dimmable spotlights
• Custom walnut veneer washbasin cabinet with quartz countertop
• Concealed flush tank with dual niches and integrated strip lighting
• RAK sanitary ware and mixer set
• New wall and floor tiles
• Sliding bathroom door and new marble threshold
• Custom mirror with strip lighting

These improvements deliver a clean, modern bathroom with balanced lighting and practical storage.

Guest Bathroom Renovation

The guest bathroom was also fully stripped out and rebuilt. Key upgrades include:

• New waterproofing and tile installation
• New gypsum ceiling and Technolight spotlights
• Custom washbasin cabinet and quartz top
• Bathtub with glass screen
• Concealed flush tank with niche lighting
• RAK mixers and sanitary fixtures
• Updated electrical points and access panels

The new layout makes the guest bathroom brighter and more functional with consistent finishes matching the rest of the apartment.

Powder Room Works

The powder room received a full refurbishment with:

• New waterproofing and tiling
• Custom vanity with quartz top
• Upgraded WC and fixtures
• New gypsum ceiling and dimmable spotlights
• Mirror with integrated strip light
• Updated electrical and plumbing

The result is a compact but refined powder room with a clean, modern feel.

Master Bedroom Enhancements

To improve layout and storage, a new gypsum partition was built for the wardrobe area, and the entrance door was shifted to a new location. Custom-made wardrobes were supplied and installed with painted MDF doors, drawers, and internal strip lights.
Additional Technolight spotlights were installed in the bulkhead and entrance ceiling to elevate the lighting quality.

Bedroom 2 Upgrades

Bedroom 2 received new dimmable lighting, along with a completely new custom wardrobe featuring drawers, hanging storage, and sensor lighting. This ensures better use of space and a refreshed modern appearance.

Living Area Improvements

The living space was enhanced with a new gypsum bulkhead designed for hidden lighting, along with spotlights and LED strip lighting to add depth and warmth to the room. This creates a brighter, more comfortable central space that ties the renovation together.

Flooring & Balcony Works

New parquet-style flooring (Gerbur Vision Smooth Almond) was installed over the existing tiles across all main interior areas, along with new white PVC skirting.
The balcony received upgraded tiles, installed over the existing floor with matching skirting for a unified look.

Painting & Door Refinishing

All walls and ceilings were repainted with Jotun Fenomastic RAL 9010 matt finish.
The entrance door and internal doors were repainted, with internal doors taken to the factory for a proper spray finish and frame refinishing.

Electrical & MEP Upgrades

The renovation included:

• Replacement of copper piping with PPR pipes throughout the apartment
• Replacement of chilled water insulation
• New 50L water heater
• Complete AC servicing
• Legrand Mallia switches and sockets installed throughout

These works ensure better reliability, safety, and long-term performance of the apartment’s systems.
