Algebra Contracting carried out a complete renovation of this apartment in Marina Heights Tower, upgrading every major area of the home with a clean and modern design approach. Kitchen Renovation
The kitchen was fully dismantled and rebuilt with a new, efficient layout. Modern cabinetry, soft colours, and clean finishes were introduced to create a simple and organized space. A stone countertop with a matching backsplash adds a premium look while keeping maintenance easy.
Lighting under the top cabinets improves visibility and brings a warm tone to the workspace. Once the new fit-out was completed, the existing appliances were reinstalled into the updated setup, completing the transformation into a modern, easy-to-use kitchen.
Master Bathroom Renovation
The master bathroom underwent a full redesign to improve comfort and achieve a modern, minimal style. All existing tiles, fixtures, and partitions were removed and replaced with new contemporary finishes.
A sleek vanity unit with upgraded mixers, a new concealed WC system, and a spacious shower area complete the updated layout. Integrated lighting in the niches creates a soft, pleasant ambience, and the overall design gives the bathroom a fresh, clean, and upscale appearance.
