Embarking on a comprehensive renovation journey, our latest project covers all aspects of property transformation. From obtaining necessary approvals and initial preparations to revamping core areas like the kitchen, guest bathroom, and powder room, we've left no stone unturned. Additionally, we've reimagined the flooring and painting aspects, and executed numerous other enhancements. This project encapsulates our commitment to blending aesthetics with functionality in property renovations.
Kitchen Renovation
Our ambitious kitchen renovation project begins with a thorough demolition process. This includes the removal of the wall between the kitchen and living area to create an open-concept space, as well as the disposal of the existing door, backsplash tiles, cabinets, worktop, appliances, sink, mixer, and ceiling. All rubbish is carefully cleared from the site to make way for the next steps. Surface preparation follows, with plastering and paint preparation for the removed wall area, along with floor leveling.
Moving forward, we take care of all electrical works, including the relocation of switches and sockets as per the new layout and from the removed wall area. Plumbing modifications are also made for the relocation of water supply and drainage for the sink. A new plain gypsum ceiling is installed, and any necessary modifications are made to the existing ceiling in the area where the wall was removed. We then supply and install an access panel and non-dimmable spotlights from Technolight.
Building a Modern and Functional Kitchen
In the next phase, we fabricate, supply, and install kitchen bottom cabinets, an island cabinet, and top cabinets with prefabricated carcasses, complete with handmade handle less doors. These cabinets include all necessary components like handles, drawer mechanisms, kickboards, and infills, finished with melamine-faced chipboard. We also install modern kitchen systems from Hafele, such as pull-out corner units, larder units, and waste bin units. The worktop and backsplash are then added, featuring Noble Supreme White material with a polished finish and a 40mm mitered edge. To complete the look, we install an undermount sink, sink mixer, bottle trap, and angle valves, along with hidden lighting beneath the top cabinets and island top bottom area. Finally, we remove and refix existing exhaust diffusers and smoke detectors, ensuring a safe and functional kitchen space.
Guest Bathroom Renovation
The guest bathroom renovation involves removing wall and floor tiles, accessories, and sanitaryware items like washbasin cabinets, marble tops, mirrors, and bathtubs. Plumbing work includes relocating water supply and drainage. Electrical work involves installing power points and lighting. Additionally, a new gypsum ceiling is installed and painted. Access panels, spotlights, and a concealed flush tank are also part of the renovation. A raised floor is provided in the shower area with waterproofing. Wall and floor tiles, storage cabinets, vanity units, and WC sets are supplied and installed. The renovation is completed with the installation of a shower set, bathroom accessories, a shower glass panel, a mirror, and an exhaust diffuser.
Powder Room
The powder room renovation includes a comprehensive revamp, starting with the removal of existing tiles, accessories, and sanitaryware. A new, painted gypsum ceiling will be installed, along with access panels and non-dimmable spotlights. The walls will be fitted with a concealed flush tank for a wall-hung WC, covered with a calcium silicate sheet wall. The floor in the shower area will be prepared and waterproofed.
New wall and floor tiles will be added, and a solid surface countertop wash basin set and a wall-hung WC set will be installed. This will be accompanied by chrome accessories such as a toilet roll holder and towel holder. Lastly, a vanity unit with a white painted exterior and melamine interior, two doors, shelves, and under-cabinet strip light will be fabricated and installed, topped with a quartz vanity top with sink cut-outs.
