The centerpiece of the room is a wooden bunk bed that not only offers a comfortable sleeping area but also incorporates storage solutions below. This under-bed space is efficiently utilized with built-in cabinets, providing ample room for toys, clothes, and other essentials.
Additionally, a new outdoor cabinet was supplied and installed to enhance the storage options. This cabinet features a durable aluminium frame and is covered with ACP Panel on the outside for a sleek, modern look. The doors are hinged for easy access, and the inside of the cabinet is fitted with adjustable shelves made of marine ply, ideal for withstanding varying weather conditions.
A solid foundation for the cabinet was also prepared by constructing a 10 cm concrete base in the designated area. This ensures stability and durability, making the cabinet a permanent and practical addition to the space. The combination of these elements has turned the former living room into a functional, organized, and visually appealing kids’ room.
Master Bathroom Renovation

A key feature of the renovation was the installation of a calcium silicate sheet wall, chosen for its robustness and sleek finish, to house a concealed flush tank provided by the client. This element underscored the bathroom’s modernized look while optimizing space. The renovation also included extensive waterproofing measures, particularly in the shower area, ensuring durability and the prevention of moisture-related issues.
The walls and floors were adorned with high-quality tiles supplied by the client, laid with precision and expertly grouted to enhance the aesthetic appeal and feel of the space. A new floor drain with a tile insert was installed, blending seamlessly with the new floor design, promoting functionality without sacrificing style.
Sanitary installations included a state-of-the-art WC with a soft-close seat cover, a shattaf, and a basin complete with a high-end mixer and bottle trap. The vanity cabinet was elegantly fitted to match the room’s new luxurious feel.
