XL Tower, Business Bay – Retail Fit Out

This shop is located in Business Bay, Dubai and despite being quite small in size, it enjoys 5 meter shop fronts towards the building lobby and the road. Besides our usual drawing and approval work this shop has been fitted with real oak wood flooring, which was a clients choice to choose an expensive flooring option, since the area is so small the actual cost was very minimal.

We have also provided the shop with all the furniture seen in the pictures. We custom made all the free standing furniture like the office tables, cupboards and shelving units in our carpentry workshop in Dubai Investment Park. Merely the office chairs were bought.
