At Algebra Contracting LLC we have a wide experience in the retail sector.
We have designed and fitted out various retail destinations around Dubai including famous spots such as Goodfellas Vintage Barber Shop and Breaking Bread Cafe.
From A to Z we have provided the retail design along with 3D images and all approval works with the Dubai authorities, Dubai Municipality, and DCD approvals all the way to the complete turn-key fit-out solutions with custom furniture, etc…
We also have experience in fitting out retail shops at the Dubai Malls and retail centers or stand-alone units. Our fit-out works in the past included furniture shops, clinics, and various other types of fit-out jobs. We solely act as the main contractor in all our Dubai Fit-out and retail projects and minimize the subcontracting work to ensure a quality finish in a timely manner.

This coffeeshop concept has been designed, planned and executed solely by Algebra Contracting LLC. We have initiated the design in January 2018 and delivered a finished product, ready to open coffee shop by July.
Our Solutions
We have started with a shell and core retail space of about 1,000 sqft and visualized our ideas with 3D designs before starting any process. The shop is now a unique and popular spot for Marina residents and was a n immediate success
The Retail solution by Algebra features:
- Tailor-made ceiling solution with movable wood panels
- Lighting solutions with spot lights, hanging lights and design lamps
- Wood design tiled flooring for maximum durability and homely feel
- custom made center table for 10 guests with electrical sockets and USB table top plugs for the guests

Goodfellas Vintage Barbershop in Dubai Marina
This is our final product for the fit out of arguably the best Barbershop in Dubai, which is located by Marina Walk in MAG218.
We are very proud of having imagined, designed and created this place from A to Z. The end result is absolutely stunning and can be gazed at every day from 10 to 10 in person for all you interim enthusiasts. Get a cut while you are there, they do a great Job!!!

XL Tower, Business Bay – Retail Fit Out
This shop is located in Business Bay, Dubai and despite being quite small in size, it enjoys 5 meter shop fronts towards the building lobby and the road. Besides our usual drawing and approval work this shop has been fitted with real oak wood flooring, which was a clients choice to choose an expensive flooring option, since the area is so small the actual cost was very minimal.
We have also provided the shop with all the furniture seen in the pictures. We custom made all the free standing furniture like the office tables, cupboards and shelving units in our carpentry workshop in Dubai Investment Park. Merely the office chairs were bought.

This shop has been designed and fitted out by Algebra as one of our first retail projects. The concept idea is classy / chic and the products are high end designer home accessories. This project proves our experience with the biggest retail providers in the UAE, in this case Meraas, who are controlling the latest retail additions to the Dubai shopping world like the City Walk and The Walk in Jumeirah Beach Residences. In this shop we have taken care of the entire approval process from the architectural and design drawings, over 3D designs, approvals from Meraas, DCD DEWA and Dubai Municipality.
For the interior fit out we have provided partitioning for storage rooms, a professional shelving system for the retail shop storage, special design paint for the walls, marble flooring and the shopfront signage. We have also custom built all display furniture in our local carpentry workshop.
